　　Zhou Jia, President of Yueyang Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Patrick Chui Wan Cheong, Chairman of Mauritius City Clinic Group, signed the contract on behalf of both parties. 　　They have expressed their strong support for the Construction of "China-Mauritius Traditional Chinese Medicine Center," so as to make the effective Traditional Chinese Medicine benefit more Mauritian people. They believe that Traditional Chinese Medicine will develop better in Mauritius in the future.

　　"China-Mauritius Traditional Chinese Medicine Center" is an overseas T.C.M. center construction project recognized and supported by the state, which will be completed and put into use in mid-October this year. At that time, Yueyang Hospital will send experienced doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine to Mauritius to carry out clinical medical activities and train local medical staff for the benefit of people in Mauritius. 　　Chairman Patrick Chui Wan Cheong, 92, who was born in China, said that the people of Mauritius generally-recognized and accepted Traditional Chinese Medicine and that it was his wish for decades to build a center of T.C.M. in Mauritius, carry out education and training of traditional Chinese medicine, and spread the culture of T.C.M. He thanked Yueyang Hospital for its help and support. In the future, he hopes that through the efforts of both sides, the "China-Mauritius Traditional Chinese Medicine Center" will be well built, and the characteristics and advantages of T.C.M. will be brought into play to benefit the whole island.
